Enameled wire varnish coats copper and aluminum round and flat wires for engines, transformers, generators and electrical measuring instruments. It cures to the wire surface at high temperatures. The primary function of the final coating is electrical insulation. Enameled wire varnish can also be called primary insulation. The coated wire is sometimes referred to as “magnetic wire.”
Enameled wire varnish coats copper and aluminum wires with up to 30 layers, providing electrical insulation and helping to avoid short circuits in the coils. Such wire enamels must also have excellent chemical and high-temperature resistance, must have excellent adhesion to copper or aluminum wires, and must also have excellent mechanical stability.
1. Polyurethane Enameled Wire:
Polyurethane enameled wire has good weldability at 375°C and is specially formulated to provide excellent crack resistance and pinhole resistance. This type of enameled wire is mainly used in small transformers, timers, relays, small motors, solenoid valves, clock coils, watch coils, flyback transformers and magnetic heads.
2. Solderable Polyesterimide Enameled Wire
Weldable polyesterimide enameled wire can be widely used in relays, small transformers, small motors, contactors, ignition coils and automobile coils.
3. SEC Modified Polyester Enameled Wire
SEK modified polyester enamelled aluminum wire and copper wire have good mechanical resistance, electrical resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance.
4. SEC Polyesterimide Enameled Wire
SEK polyesterimide enameled wire has high heat resistance, good mechanical resistance, electrical resistance and chemical resistance. This type of enameled wire is widely used in motors, refrigeration equipment, transformer coils and fluorescent lamp ballasts.
5. Polyamideimide Enameled Wire
Polyamide-imide double-coated or single-coated enameled wire, both with good mechanical properties and chemical resistance. These products are particularly suitable for coating electric motors, refrigeration equipment, transformer coils and fluorescent lamp ballasts.
6. Acetal Enameled Wire
Acetal heavy round and rectangular enameled wire. It has excellent mechanical stability, excellent copper adhesion and resistance to transformer oil, so it is mainly used in large generators and transformers. In addition to good dielectric properties, this type of enameled wire varnish also exhibits excellent chemical resistance, which makes the coated wire suitable for gas-tight applications and oil-immersed transformers in accordance with IEC60 851-4 standards.
Eugenia Tech transformer aluminium foil can be used for variable transformer like low or high voltage transformer winding, high frequency transformer, step up or down voltage transformer etc. The alloy can be used to meet the minimum industry requirements for strip conductor, is closely controlled to assure smooth, substantially burr-free edges and strip-size avail-abilities are in capacities exactly equivalent to those of standard copper wire sizes.
Eugenia Tech also provide copper foil less than 150 micrometers (µm) thick.
Copper foils strips for transformers are the electrical industry’s most versatile materials, and has important advantages for winding transformer conductors.
The majority of copper foil is used in the power electronics industry, where it is used in transformers, motors and generators for the windings.
Insulated foils are used in dry-type transformers and small transformers, where they are wound together with insulating materials.
Copper busbars supplied by eugenia Tech are available in both high conductivity OFC (Oxygen Free Copper) and ETP (Electrolytic Tough Pitch) grade. Innovation is a constant at Eugenia Tech and has enabled us to provide a wide spectrum of sizes and quality parameters in our catalogue. We are proud to say that we have one of the most reliable conductor suppliers in China serving over hundreds of transformer manufacturers around the world.
Eugenia Tech have engineers can help you choose the right type of aluminum alloy and the best way to custom manufacture it to meet the most demanding applications.
Our design capabilities include complete machining, forming, brazing & welding processes plus plating & powder coating services.
Copper clad aluminum busbars are a type of composite conductor that combine the properties of both copper and aluminum. They are made by bonding a layer of copper onto an aluminum core. This combination leverages the high electrical conductivity of copper and the lightweight and cost-effectiveness of aluminum
