Transformer bushing is the outlet device used to lead high and low voltage leads in transformer out to fuel tank, it has specified electric strength and sufficient mechanical strength. The voltage level of the coil which joint on transformer bushing determines the bushing’s insulation instructions, current of the bushing determines the cross section of conduction part and the struction of connector lug. 

Flange-type Transformer Bushing


  1.  No leakage, good sealing performance: the sealing structure of the casing is between the metal flanges, and there is no gap between the upper and lower flanges after sealing, which avoids the aging of the sealing parts due to long-term exposure melting and cracking.
  2. High mechanical strength and good anti-seismic effect: the aluminum alloy flange and the porcelain sleeve are tightly combined into a whole through special adhesive materials, with high mechanical strength and resistance to dynamic impact force powerful.
  3. Small partial discharge: the electric field in the lower part of the bushing is uniform, and the generated partial discharge is small.
